Conference Registration provides you with full access to the event that includes: Seminar Session(s), Handout Materials, Refreshment Break, Expo Pass, Prizes, Program Guide and a copy of the Bergen “50plus Lifestyle Magazine.
Important – Complete and Print the the Registration form. Mail with your payment before Friday, October 3rd, 2014 to ensure registration is received before cut-off date. The form will have our mailing address to submit with your payment.

Registration Fee: $20 - Proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association

Cancellation Policy
Bergen “50plus Lifestyle” Conference and Expo must receive cancellation notification in writing or email by October 3rd, 2014. All Cancellations made after October 3rd, 2014 are non-refundable. *Substitutions are accepted
*Refunds will be processed approximately (4) weeks after the Bergen “50plus Lifestyle” Expo.
